CurVie Burton is Founder/CEO of TheRoadB4U, a consulting firm that specializes in assisting individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. CurVie believes that every individual is unique and has his/her specific pathway to success. TheRoadB4U helps you to discover your pathways.

CurVie grew up in the Information Technology (IT) industry evolving from systems engineer to executive leader and trusted advisor. He worked in leadership roles in General Motors Corp (GM), Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Hewlett Packard (HP) and has consulted with individuals and leaders from hundreds of companies. IT was the industry, but the people were and are his passion.

Business Consultant, Advisor, Coach and Mentor, CurVie spent most of his career building and executing technology integration plans. In working with technology CurVie became keenly aware that successful projects required skilled, motivated, and focused teams and leaders. He brought great value to his clients by helping individuals, teams, and organizations chart and execute the journey from where they are to where they desire to be.

Since 2000, CurVie has worked with Menttium Corporation to develop and mature mentoring programs that focus on helping women and people of color successfully navigate the corporate waters.
